These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PrimeVista platform, including all content, features, and services made available through rollxoclub.space. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the platform constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms of Use and any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase access to any content on the platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@primevista.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that harms other users or the platform itself.
4. Platform Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
All content available on the platform, including but not limited to video lessons, audio recordings, written materials, graphics, course structures, and branding, is owned by PrimeVista or its content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
4.2 Licence to Use
Upon purchasing or gaining authorised access to content, PrimeVista grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view that content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content.
4.3 Prohibited Uses
You must not use any content on the platform for commercial purposes, share access credentials with third parties, record or screen-capture platform content, upload platform content to any external service, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform's technology.
5. User Conduct
By using the platform, you agree not to:

6. Purchases and Payments
6.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on the platform are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. PrimeVista reserves the right to change pricing at any time, and such changes will not affect purchases already completed.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting a payment, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your nominated payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
6.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy. To request a refund, contact us at info@primevista.com within the timeframe specified in that policy. Refunds are not available for content that has been substantially accessed.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. PrimeVista does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 Educational Purpose
All content on the platform, including meditation guidance and wellness-related instruction, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment, or any form of clinical therapy. You should consult a qualified health professional before making decisions that may affect your physical or mental health.
8.2 Platform Availability
We aim to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrimeVista and its officers, directors, employees, and content contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrimeVista and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and handling of your personal information as described in that policy.
12. Modifications to the Platform
PrimeVista reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, including the removal of content, features, or services, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
13. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and PrimeVista with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
