Peer practice pairs
Each participant is matched with one other person for informal check-ins between live sessions — not mandatory, but most find it useful to have a single point of contact.
Masterclasses in meditation for anxiety
Most people who struggle with anxiety already know they need to slow down. What they rarely have is a structured, honest path to actually doing it — one built around technique, not vague reassurance.
About the programme
Each masterclass runs across 6 weeks with two live sessions per week. The pace is deliberate — anxiety responds to consistency, not intensity, and the programme is built around that fact.
Cohorts are kept at 8–14 rollxo people by design. Participants come from different parts of Australia and bring different reasons for being there — some are managing work-related anxiety, others are dealing with more longstanding patterns. That mix, handled carefully, makes the group stronger.
Each participant is matched with one other person for informal check-ins between live sessions — not mandatory, but most find it useful to have a single point of contact.
Sessions include structured rollxo time for questions and shared reflection. Participation is always optional — nobody is put on the spot.
Between sessions, participants have access to a closed group environment for sharing observations or asking questions without the pressure of a live format.
